The HPC-30 is extremely mobile. The machine ships in a 20’ container and can be towed with a small pickup truck.

HPC-30 in operation with Belt Feeder / Conveyor with Hopper which ensures a steady feed rate and efficient operations.

Scrubbed and Screened material falls onto the Material Distribution Chute located below the Trommel Screen.

The Material Distribution Chute is fully adjustable to allow scrubbed / undersize material to be fed onto the Concentrator Belt in the optimal location required for the specific mineral being extracted.

Drive Motor and Gearbox for Trommel. Position is adjustable to maintain proper chain tension.

Digital Controllers and Circuit Breakers mounted in the Waterproof Electrical Cabinet. The controllers allow for precise and independent control of the Concentrator Belt and Trommel speed settings and ensure gradual startup and shut-down of the machine.
