Demonstrations, Testing and Training

Customers regularly attend demonstrations, training courses and applications testing at our facilities for direct, hands-on exposure to our systems. Travel to this location is certainly an expense and a commitment from your side, but will probably be the best investment you can make prior to deciding on what equipment to purchase and how to set up your operation. You will recover this cost many times over. We have customers visiting us from all over the world and all of them confirm that the value of the visit was tremendous.

Generators and Water Pumps

We can source a pump and generator for you according to your requirements or you can choose to purchase these yourself.
We only work with internationally recognized, top-quality suppliers/components. You can certainly source equipment that will cost a lot less than the units we source, but quality of components will definitely not be the same.

Shipping

Clients can make their own shipping arrangements or we can assist with this and deliver on a CIF basis to your closest ocean port.
For international / ocean shipments, the optimal shipping configurations are:

HPC-10 - 20’ container
HPC-15 - 20’ container
HPC-30 with Feed Conveyor - 40’ container

Estimated Shipping Costs to most ocean ports are:

20’ container - approximately $5,000 – $6,000
40’ container - approximately $8,000 - $9,000
Costs include packaging, inland transportation to departure port, shipping, insurance and forwarding fees

Total delivery time for most shipments (including trucking, vessel waiting time and sailing) is estimated at 4-6 weeks from date of departure from our facility (to be confirmed by freight forwarder at time of booking).
We typically obtain quotes from a number of forwarders depending on the origin and destination of the shipment to make sure that rates are competitive

Spare Parts

We believe that our customers are best served by machinery that delivers the maximum efficiency and this is only possible if spare parts and wear-components are readily available.
Consequently our machines are designed such that all components (with the exception of our Concentrator Belts) are standard industrial products that are readily available from industrial suppliers worldwide and maintenance of machines (cleaning, lubrication of bearings/chains and inspection for wear/loose fittings, etc.) is simple and does not require highly-skilled technicians.
In many cases customers request spare parts kits with their machines to ensure they have a stock of basic items for maintenance purposes and we supply these in accordance with their needs.
We can also supply spare parts and maintenance kits for your operation on an ongoing basis.

Technical Services

We can provide training at our facilities or we can send a Technician to your site for assistance with on-site training and installation.
